Morning. Happy morning all.
Weighed in as I do every morning these days. I am happy with the number.

Good news is that the we are out of the deep freeze and I have been able to get some runs in. Planning one today as well.

But doing exercises yesterday I got vertigo when crunching. This happens sometimes. So no floor exercises for a bit. I think I will still be fine doing standing and maybe sitting things.

Hope you like my Calvin rant today. It is a nice reminder for myself, every day.

Wonderful Calvin rant! 😁 Must feel like a Chinook! 😁 I use to love it when on the AB prairies when once in a while it could go from - 15 (or colder) to +10 C overnight. Freezing to dripping and "warm." Stay warm!
