Weekly Update End of my trip/diet break was 128 Average for last five days 127.7 . Moving a bit I guess. Small increments seems to be the trend right now. I am fine with it. Back to eating normal diet food and recording it all. Found a deal on eggs so it will be quiche today. I made some rhubarb/strawberry compote to flavour my protein yogurt. I am set Back to doing my lifting and yoga/tai chi. I love it Had my second run yesterday. I run on the side of the road. There is not much traffic here this time of year. Sometimes more deer than cars. Lots of up and downs. I still get a bit tired on the up hills... . It was a beautiful day. .

Thanks all. I am very lucky to be here. It is pretty. I am enjoying the relatively mild winters. I live in the interior of British Columbia Canada. And yes mountains, trees and lakes... that is the story in this area
