I'm giving Keto a try, now. I am 49 and have been counting calories since I was 30. I realized I needed to change my image of food. And while in the beginning, I felt awful and felt like I was killing myself, I am happy I stuck with it. It goes against everything we have been taught about food. It forces me to cook my own food more and take more control over what I put in my mouth.
Been on Fat Secret a long while too, at least that hasn't changed!
